I bring a rich, and highly unique, tapestry of life experience.
Born and raised at the crossroads of cultures, I come from a bilingual and multicultural family: my father is the Spanish son of Cuban refugees in Barcelona, and Mom’s a Southern belle who emigrated abroad from small-town Alabama. We were a globetrotting family, so I was raised as a Third Culture Kid: my developmental years were spent outside of my parents’ cultures, immersed in the melting pots of North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. I’ve lived in thirteen places across nine countries, and have travelled as a global nomad to over sixty.
Like any true Spaniard or Southerner, family has always been at the heart of who I am – shaping my identity and identifiability as a person, performer, and professional. Dad has fostered in me a Jesuit work ethic and Stoic principles, while my mother taught me the importance of bravery, commitment, and self-belief.
My siblings are also in the arts! My brother Nicolas is a visual and film artist and head of La Rue, an artist residency and boutique retreat at a renovated 18th-century estate in the rolling hills of Normandy, France. And my sister Victoria is a touring singer-songwriter, earning award (twice!) and touring with music stars like Coldplay, Hozier, and someone.
My education has been as eclectic as my upbringing. Although I set out to earn a BA in Theater Studies as an actor at Emerson College, I decided to take a more holistic approach to my studies. I hold a BA in International Human Rights from Regent’s University London; an MSc in Violence, Conflict, and Development from SOAS; and a PGCert in Applied Theater from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. There was a method to the madness: my goal was to employ the performing arts as a healing tool for war-torn communities by promoting emotional literacy and creative expression as tools for rehabilitation and reconciliation. Throughout, theatre has always been my guiding purpose.

As a bilingual Spaniard from Barcelona, I savor the zest of life like citrus-filled sangría, carrying a sun-kissed Mediterranean heart on my sleeve and moving through the world like red wine – intense, full-bodied, and bold. This spirit, paired with my naturally sunny disposition, infuses my work a performer and professional with warmth, vibrancy, and flair.
Even though I grew up around the world, my connection to Spain has always stayed strong. Our thriving tapas culture shaped me with laughter, loudness, and liveliness – qualities that make me expressive, sociable, and deeply engaging. This bright, approachable energy allows me to connect with collaborators and audiences on an authentic, human level, whether in a rehearsal room, recording booth, or professional setting.
I’ve inherited a cultural heritage defined by explosive passion and guided by “duende”: that untranslatable, flamenco-fueled spark that transcends technique. It drives me to convey emotion with honesty and fire, creating performances that feel raw, immediate, and vibrantly alive.
Despite having a General American accent instead of an Appalachian twang, I’m a Southern boy from head to toe – charming as a sweet tea toast. That grounded, approachable spirit strengthens my work as an actor, voiceover artist, and professional, helping me bring authenticity, warmth, and an easy sense of connection to every project.
Hospitality is part and parcel of my Southern heritage, and I take real pride in good manners and etiquette. My long, languid childhood summers in northeast Georgia taught me the value of community and genuine care. Just like at my grandparents’ home, my own space – whether my living room or my home studio – functions as an open porch by example: welcoming, relaxed, and built for meaningful interaction.
Southern hospitality goes far beyond simple politeness; it’s a way of life where generosity is the norm and neighbors are like family. I treat all my clients as honored guests, offering the warmth and comfort of true Southern camaraderie – an experience that’ll leave you feeling peachy as my grandma’s cobbler.
Exposed throughout my life to melting pots of the world like Amsterdam, London, and Madrid to the west and Tokyo, Shanghai, and Dubai to the east, I’ve grown into an international citizen well-suited for the global market. I have a cultural awareness, engagement, and perspective that not many can match. I apply this as a performer when preparing for roles, as a professional when working with clients, and as a person working with peers.
Mixed into the congeniality I’ve taken from my Spanish and Southern backgrounds, I’ve also learned lessons in social graces from traditions in every place I’ve lived – and am able to navigate hot and cold cultures alike.
Plus, thanks to dual citizenship, I’m easily able to work in both the U.S. and E.U. without the inconvenience of visas, and I have pre-settled status in the U.K. This logistical freedom allows me to take on international projects seamlessly, respond quickly to opportunities, and support clients across time zones with ease – making me not just creatively versatile, but practically reliable in a global industry.
Immersed in research-heavy disciplines, I learned how to break down complex material with clarity and purpose, a skill that translates directly into understanding scripts, subtext, and character motivation. That academic rigor gives me a strong foundation for any creative or professional challenge.
My passion for learning and dramaturgy grew alongside this training. I developed an instinct for asking the right questions, identifying patterns, and locating the emotional and historical threads that elevate performance. This curiosity keeps my work dynamic, layered, and continually evolving, no matter the medium.
Academia also taught me to approach material with efficiency, expediency, and empathy. I can quickly gather the information I need, analyze it with nuance, and apply it in a way that serves story and audience. Whether performing, collaborating, or problem-solving, I bring a thoughtful, research-driven approach to everything I do.
Being a square peg in a world of round holes has become one of my greatest professional strengths. My out-of-the-box thinking, pattern recognition, hyper-focus, and piercing attention to detail allow me to lift words off the page in ways that exceed the expected. I naturally see structures, rhythms, and hidden connections in text, giving my acting and voiceover work a precision and depth that feel both intuitive and intentional.
Navigating life with heightened sensitivity has also given me a sixth sense for subtext. I read nuance quickly, understand underlying motivations, and approach character analysis with the same alertness I use to move through the world.
A life shaped by intense emotional range equips me to perform with fearlessness and authenticity. I bring empathy, compassion, and a lived understanding of emotional extremes, enabling me to portray complex roles humanely and without caricature.
